SPROAT LAKE PROJECT
For this project, our goal was to expand the kitchen and enhance storage solutions for our clients. Given the lot's landscape, we were constrained to the existing square footage. To create a brighter, more spacious feel in the cottage, we incorporated a large picture window, installed glass exterior doors, and replaced the cedar strip walls and ceilings with drywall, while preserving the beautiful wood of the A-frame ceiling. Additionally, we transformed a back bedroom by removing the wall to create a more functional kitchen layout.

LAUNDRY AND STORAGE
To maximize every square inch, we designed a laundry and storage area under the stairway.

LIVING AREA
We enhanced the space by brightening the walls with drywall, adding a wall sconce on the stairway, installing a ceiling fan for improved air circulation, and creating designated areas for the TV and additional storage.

PRIMARY
BATHROOM
Created additional storage and counterspace.

FERN RD PROJECT
We reimagined the Laundry, Primary Bedroom, Primary Bathroom, and Walk-in Closet to complement their previous home project, creating a cohesive and contemporary design throughout the entire home.

CONDO REFRESH
The Texada, Nanaimo British Columbia
Completed in 2015, the kitchen and bathrooms featured a dark wood color scheme and river rock tile details. While these elements added warmth, they also made the spaces feel confined and dark. Embracing the latest trends in interior design, we brightened the living areas with a lighter palette and updated the aesthetic with new lighting, countertops, tiles, and appliances, creating a more open and spacious feel.

KITCHEN REDESIGN
We utilized a combination of White Soho UV-lacquered high-gloss cabinets and rift-cut walnut with a clear finish for the island and pantry. The tiled glass backsplash beautifully captures and reflects light from the large window above the sink.

PRIMARY BATHROOM
The use of travertine tile and mosaic accents, combined with high-end fixtures, creates a spa-like atmosphere in this primary bathroom.

MAN CAVE
Using natural elements such as reclaimed wood on the bar, natural stone as a feature wall along with black brick tile and RH lighting brings a masculine feel to the room.
