At Cedar Street Designs, our robust process allows us to offer flat fees for design, never having to ask you to pay more for our custom interior design beyond your initial quote in your detailed Scope of Work.
RESEARCH

Discovery call to determine services required.
2. Initial in home consultation

prior to meeting, clients to complete a questionnaire on design

discuss project requirements, budget, timeline and scope of work (SOW)
3. Contract Proposal

presentation of SOW

review design fees

sign design contract and receipt of initial payment

measure and photograph all relevant space
DEVELOPMENT
4. Design Process

Client interviews (ongoing as needed)

client to provide images from pinterest, internet images etc. to determine style

Sourcing fixtures, finishes and furniture for specified areas

Preparing CAD drawings, 3D renderings, Material and finish selections binder
5. Design Presentation

PROCUREMENT
6. Ordering and Scheduling

INSTALLATION
