
Damaged in Transit
If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please send us a message with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you right away — no need to return the broken item. (We insure every package, so you’re always covered.)
Change of Mind / Not Quite What You Expected
Because each piece is handmade and unique, all sales are normally final. That said, if you’re truly not happy, contact us and we’ll see what we can do on a case-by-case basis. If we agree to a return:

You’ll cover the cost of return shipping

The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging

Once we receive it in perfect condition, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
